For works such as paintings and sculptures that are produced by artists and sold as one-of-a-kind items (primary products), we cannot accept returns for personal reasons such as "It was different from the image".

We make every effort to ensure that the product is perfect, but in the unlikely event that there is peeling of the screen of the painting work that is not intended by the artist, or damage or cracking of the three-dimensional work, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please allow 7 days after the product arrives. Please contact us by phone or email within a day. We will check the condition of the work with photos, etc., and then repair or return the work. In that case, we will bear the shipping fee.

Also, if the product you received is different from what you ordered, or if the dimensions of the product are significantly different from the product description (small errors do not apply to this), please contact us within the deadline.

Please consider the frame, box, and bag in the work only as accessories for the work. We are selling the work itself, so please refrain from making complaints about the frame, box, bag and other accessories after purchase.

If the product is defective or damaged, or if the delivered product is different from the ordered product, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We will exchange it for a new product. We will bear the shipping fee for the exchange.
