We are hosting Yu Seto's solo exhibition "Time Traveler" at the Empathy Gallery in Harajuku. This exhibition marks Yu Seto's first attempt to focus on "homage." The durable sculptures continue to speak to us even after many years have passed. The exhibition features works inspired by a wide range of animal sculptures from different eras and regions, from the ancient Egyptian "Statue of Anubis" (circa 1500 BC) to the 19th-century "Old Monkey" (1893).
Following the previous solo exhibition "Counting the Stars," we hope you will sense the romance hidden in "time" with this exhibition.
A reception party will be held the day before, on September 6th, from 18:00 to 20:00.

原宿にあるEmpathy Galleryにて瀬戸優の個展「Time traveler」を開催します。
今回の展示は、瀬戸優にとって初めての「オマージュ」に焦点を当てた試みです。耐久性の高い彫刻作品は、長い年月を経てもなお、私たちに語りかけてきます。古代エジプトの「アヌビス神像」（紀元前1500年）から、19世紀の「老猿」（1893年）まで、幅広い時代と地域の動物彫刻にインスパイアされた作品が展示されます。
前回の個展「星を数える」に続き、今回は「時間」に秘められたロマンを感じ取っていただければ幸いです。
前日となる9月6日は18:00から20:00までレセプションパーティを開催します。
